Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, we're happy to transfer your reservation to another available date or time, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend your booking, will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

For private parties or group bookings, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule.

All transfers are subject to availability.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to avoid disruption to the following booking.
